As a Pink Collar Savvy & Chic on Purpose Swan who strives to use emotional intelligence in my private and public life, t’s a skill that must be put to use intentionally. In the midst of of all of the volatile situations that can erupt in the workplace, being able to manage our emotions and correctly perceive and respond vs. react to those of others, can diffuse them.
